I've had and loved this bag for about 4 years, using it just about every day as a crossbody purse. While I received many compliments, 3 external zipper pulls and/or sliders broke within 6 months of each other. The only remaining zippers pulls/sliders are the small external pouch and the internal pouch. I would not recommend for this quality issue alone.
This is the second one I've owned in 6 years. I love them. Use as a purse fits all my daily needs side pocket holds a bottle of water. Wish they came in more colors and patterns.
