We want to be sure you are excited about your geckobrands purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item for a refund or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase – provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly for more information on their return policy. Refunds for geckobrands.com purchases will be returned to the original form of payment.
All merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. To request a return, please complete the required fields in our returns portal https://geckobrands.com/pages/returns.
If your return is approved, you will receive a shipping label and return order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from geckobrands.com via phone or website.
